Sellers accept a percentage of the qualifying customer payment or a fixed KES amount and retain their earned history after leaving. The split records seller entitlements and the team retained share; it does not create a direct platform payout to the seller. Team-level deductions do not automatically reduce the accepted seller amount. Team leaders handle downstream payments outside RafikiLoop. New terms apply only to new customer attribution after acceptance.
Who this covers
The team-leader settlement model applies only to new customers attributed under offers accepting this campaign version. Existing customers keep their frozen terms. Individual sales remain directly settled by RafikiLoop under their individual terms.
Payment
For team sales under this version, RafikiLoop pays the full approved campaign commission to the verified team recipient, subject to documented applicable deductions. The team leader is responsible for paying each seller under their accepted earnings offer. Sellers do not supply payment details to RafikiLoop for these team earnings. A platform transfer to the team does not verify or confirm payment to a seller. Only an authorised independent platform administrator records a completed platform transfer. Unresolved source-payment exceptions block settlement.
Refunds
A previously qualifying period retains its chronological slot even if refunded, reversed or subsequently invalidated. First-payment commission and first-payment seller earnings belong only to slot 1; they never move to a later payment. A refund does not extend the twelve-slot window. The seller can lose all first-payment earnings even if the customer continues paying. Unpaid shares are cancelled after verification; already paid shares require a separate documented recovery or write-off per recipient, without automatic offset. A corrected source signal preserves existing transfers; closed recovery decisions require separate documented reconciliation. Under the team-leader model, any recovery of a recorded platform transfer is handled with the team recipient. Funding the team never records a downstream seller payment; no downstream payment or deduction is assumed.

When the campaign ends
Existing customers retain their accepted offer and campaign version after seller departure or campaign closure. Their existing earnings history is preserved and remains subject to the original period window and refund rules.
What qualifies
Only verified Afriqahome subscription payments for one full 30-day period qualify. Periods are ordered by their original subscription dates, not delivery order. Free trials and payment attempts that never succeeded use no slot. Slots 13 and later earn no commission.
