Getting started

Choose a campaign for the businesses you know. Review the offer in Learn, share your personal link from Sell, then check linked registrations in Follow up. Registration alone does not create commission.

The guide is for independent sellers. If you sell with a team, start with your offer in the team workspace.

What’s new

A guide to your first introduction

Choose “Show me around” in your workspace whenever you need help. In Sell, “Copy message with link” now includes your personal referral link when it is available. Review and edit the message before sending it.

Commission review and payout details

RafikiLoop reviews qualifying customer payments and recipient details. Open Payments in your workspace to check your payment profile and review feedback. Open Commission to see holds, reviews and recorded transfers.

Payment from your team leader

Your team leader pays the earnings in your accepted team-leader offer. Ask your team leader about that payment and refer to the offer version and period shown in Earnings. A platform transfer to the team does not confirm that you have been paid.

Customer subscriptions, receipts and refunds

The customer product handles its subscription and payment questions. Open the relevant campaign and use the product’s own support channel. RafikiLoop shows the qualifying events returned by that product; a request or pending transaction is not a confirmed receipt.

Account and information questions

AFRIQALY LIMITED operates RafikiLoop. Its published information contact uses the Afriqahome domain: info@afriqahome.com. Do not send passwords, M-PESA PINs or full payment account details.
